Terms of Service

Farewatch is an information service. We look for round-trip airfares from the airports we serve that appear unusually low, check them against publicly available flight search data, and email them to members.

We are not a travel agency, airline, or seller of travel.We do not sell, book, or issue tickets, and we never take payment for travel. When you book, you book directly with an airline or travel site under that company's own terms. Farewatch is not affiliated with any airline, booking site, or flight search provider.

Airfares change constantly and can disappear within minutes. Every fare we show was checked at the time listed on it, but we can't guarantee that a fare, date, seat, or price will still be available when you search or book, or that it matches what an airline or booking site charges you.

Prices are round trip for one adult in economy unless stated otherwise. Many low fares are basic economy and may exclude seat selection, changes, carry-on or checked bags. Always check the fare rules, bag fees, and total price on the booking site before you pay. We don't promise any particular number of deals, savings amount, or destination.

You must be at least 18 to subscribe. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. One membership is for one person; please don't share or resell alerts.

A Farewatch membership costs $49 per year (USD, plus any applicable tax), charged when you join. It renews automatically every year at the then current price until you cancel.We email you a reminder about 7 days before each renewal with the amount, the renewal date, and a cancel link. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You can cancel anytime in one click from your account page; your access continues until the end of the year you paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Don't scrape, copy, or republish our alerts or site in bulk, try to access other members' accounts, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and will refund any unused portion of the membership unless the account was closed for fraud or abuse.

The site, design, and alert text belong to Farewatch. You can use alerts for your own personal travel planning and share an individual deal with friends. Flight data comes from third-party sources and belongs to its owners.

Farewatch is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Your travel decisions, bookings, and any dealings with airlines or booking sites are your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Farewatch won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed fares, trip costs, or lost savings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email members before it takes effect. Continuing to use Farewatch after that means you accept the new terms. If we ever shut Farewatch down, we will refund the unused portion of active memberships.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to fix it informally first.
